Through our inquiry form and in the course of consultations, we may collect the following information.

• Name and contact details (email address, phone number)
• Information relevant to your consultation, such as your pet's breed, age, and health condition
• Other information you provide to us in the course of consultation or service provision

• To respond to inquiries and consultations, and to provide consulting services
• To provide information, billing, and communications relating to our services
• For analysis and record-keeping to improve service quality

We will use personal information we collect only within the scope of the purposes above, and will not use it for any other purpose.

3. Provision to Third Parties

Except where required by law, we will not provide your personal information to third parties without your consent.

4. Outsourcing

We may outsource part of our operations (such as payment processing or system providers) to third parties to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use described above. In such cases, we require the outsourced party to maintain appropriate management of the information.

We implement appropriate security measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of personal information.

6. Requests for Disclosure, Correction, or Deletion

If you, as the individual concerned, request disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, we will verify your identity and respond without undue delay in accordance with applicable law.

7. Analytics Tools (Cookies)

To understand how our website is used and to improve it, we use Google Analytics, an analytics tool provided by Google LLC. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect browsing information such as the pages viewed, time spent on the site, approximate region, and device and browser information. This information does not include anything that personally identifies you, such as your name or email address.

For our free tools (Self-Check Diagnosis, Situation Organizer "Dou Suru? ARF", and Watch Log), we also record as events that certain actions took place, such as opening, starting, or completing a tool, or clicking a guidance button. The content you enter or select in these tools is not sent to Google Analytics.

You can stop Google Analytics from collecting this information by disabling cookies in your browser settings or by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

8. Free Tools Using Generative AI

For the following two free tools, we use a generative AI service provided by Google LLC (the Gemini API) to generate responses and summaries.

• Self-Check Diagnosis: to write the short "From your answers" message on the result screen, we send the text of each question and the answers you selected
• Situation Organizer "Dou Suru? ARF": to create follow-up questions and a summary, we send the concern you describe in free text and your answers to the follow-up questions

The content sent is used only to generate these responses and summaries, and is not stored on our servers or in our database. To prevent misuse and excessive access, we temporarily use your IP address (for about one hour) to count the number of uses. Watch Log does not use AI; its records are stored only on your device and are not sent to us or to Google.

Content sent to Google is handled in accordance with Google's terms. For details, please see the Gemini API Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Please do not enter information that could identify you, such as your name, address, or contact details, into these tools.
