This notice is made pursuant to Japan's Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (特定商取引法) and applies to services provided under Japanese law.

Bank account details (branch, account type, account number, and account holder name) and the payment due date will be provided individually once your booking is confirmed. [Pet Sitter Service] The amount shown on the quotation is payable in cash on the day of the preliminary meeting. If cash payment is difficult, by mutual agreement you may instead pay by bank transfer by a date we specify, or have the payment ready at your home on the day of the sitter service. Any costs arising on the agreed date that are not included in the quotation (such as pet food, or transport to a veterinary clinic for a sudden illness) are charged afterward as an additional fee. See Articles 9 and 10 of the Sitter Service Agreement for details. |
| Timing of service provision | [Consulting services] After payment is confirmed, the session will be held via Zoom at your scheduled date and time. [Pet Sitter Service] After the intake record is completed and your booking is confirmed, visits, dog-walking, or boarding will be provided on the agreed date set out in the Sitter Service Agreement. |
| Cancellations and refunds | [Consulting services] Cancellations made by the day before the session are eligible for a full refund. Please note that cancellations made on the day of the session are not eligible for a refund. [Pet Sitter Service] Cancellation fees are calculated as a percentage of the quoted amount (50% if cancelled the day before the agreed date, 80% if cancelled on the agreed date; out-of-pocket costs from prior arrangements are charged in full).
